Hi, my name is Aria and I’m so excited to be your new club president. I’m 16 years old and I will be a junior at San Luis Obispo High school this year. This is my 8th year in 4-h. Some of the projects I’ve been in are Poultry, Community Service, Food and Nutrition, Gardening, Public Speaking, and Sewing. Previously, I’ve also held officer positions like Treasurer and Community Service Coordinator. I am an avid hiker and I love doing full-day 10 mile hikes when I get the chance. I also like to work in my job at the Open Air Flowers flower shop. I look forward to getting to know the rest of the officer team and making the best better!

My name is Olivia, I’m 16 and I am a senior at Mission Prep. This is my seventh year in 4H and my second time serving as Vice President for the club. Through 4H I have shown dogs,dairy heifers and swine as well as being in the leadership and woodworking projects. Outside of the club I am a captain on my schools cheer team and serve as senior class Spirit Leader on student council.

Hi, I’m Kyler, and I’m incredibly excited to be able to serve my club as the new Secretary! I’m 11 years old and going to Bishops Peak Elementary. This year I will be starting 6th grade. This is my 6th year in Edna 4-H. The projects I attend are Woodworking, Dairy, Public Speaking, and Leadership. The Officer positions I’ve upheld are our Sergeant at Arms and Activity Director. I avidly enjoy carving, drawing, golfing, and anything to do with my hands. I can’t wait to learn more about you and the club, so if you see me feel free to come up and tell me about yourself!

Hello! My name is Kailey and I've been in 4-H for eight years. I was in Poultry and Leaadership this past year and will be doing the same with the addition of Arts and Crafts during the coming year. I've learned crucial team working skills, how to look at the creative aspect of things and how to be responsible. I like 4-H because it is a great way to meet new people and learn important skills to use throughout your life. A few fun facts about me are that I was in Mock Trial and that I participate in sports like volleyball and badminton.

Hi, my name is Olivia and I am 9 years old. This will be my 5th year participating in Edna 4-H. In years past I have done many projects including, rabbit group, food and nutrition, gardening group, the bbq group, the beekeeping project, arts and crafts, and the pygmy goat group. I think my favorite group has been the pygmy goat group. I really love this project. I enjoy going out and showing my goat Spartan and my new goat Nairobi. She is a special breeding Doe and I am co-owning with my breeder. Not only is my sister in this project with me, but I have also made a bunch of really good friends and traveling to the goat shows is my favorite thing to do. I love when we get to go out of town for a show and we all get to camp together. I plan to work extra hard with Spartan and Nairobi to get them ready for the California Mid State Fair. I can’t wait to come back to 4-H again next year and sign up for even more fun projects and activities! I think next year I would like to take a livestock animal (beef project) and maybe join the woodworking project along with some of my other favorite groups! I am also looking forward to being Edna's 2023-2024 Greeter!

PHINEAS

My name is Phineas, I am 12 years old and am entering 7th grade at Laguna Middle School. This is my second year in Edna 4H. So far, I have raised two pigs with the swine group and am showing a dairy cow at the 2023 California Mid-State Fair. I was born and raised in San Luis Obispo. I joined Edna 4H to interact with animals and nature and be able to handle and meet new types of animals. I also enjoy taking time to hang out with my pug Caesar, our other dog Curry, my uromastyx lizard Gus, and my ball python snake Thunderbolt.
