PRESIDENT

  6. Shall perform duties of the President in the absence of the President

  7. Over see the Leadership/Officer committees

  8. Work closely with CLL and other Officers

  9. Presents a summary of the county 4H newsletter at every general meeting

  10. Be a role model to the membership

SECRETARY

  4. Track general meeting attendance for 100% attendance award

  5. Have sign in sheets available at the general meeting by 6:45

  6. Record all committee members and hours worked

  7. Record all Community Service events and hours members work

  8. Read the minutes at the monthly general meetings

  9. Submit draft minutes to the President before the Officer meeting each month

  10. Write and send Thank You notes/ all correspondence needed and timely

  11. Attend all general and Officer meetings

  12. Work closely with CCL, President and other Officers

  13. Be a role model to the membership

  15. Attend installation of officers in June

  11. Chair the Budget Committee

  12. Work closely with Treasurer Advisor and other Officers

  13. Work closely with the membership advisor, President and CCL

  5. Post activities in social media such as Facebook and Instragram regularly

  6. Send emails to membership, especially the weekend before the general meeting

  7. Write at least 2 articles for the County News & Views newsletter, 1 before Dec 31 and the other before April 1

  8. Manage club email list and keep current

  9. Manage photos digitally of all club activities and take pictures at general meetings and club events

  10. Produce the end of year slideshow

  11. Work closely with the CLL and President

  12. Work closely with other officers

  13. Be a role model to the membership

  8. Send emails to membership; especially the monthly general meeting email on the Friday before the meeting

  9. Be a role model to the membership

  10. Wear your officer shirts at meetings and club events

  11. Attend installation of officers in June
