Record Book Work Sessions: June 19 and 27, 5:30-7:30 pm. Sessions will be held at the 4H Auditorium 2156 Sierra Way SLO. These are work sessions so bring your computer and needed paperwork. Officers and members will be available to help guide you through completing your APR and PDR. Please check resources on our web site before attendance.
Record Book Drop Off will be held Wednesday July 11, 2018, 5:30-7:30pm at the 4H Auditorium 2156 Sierra Way SLO. Your books should be ready to drop off. This is NOT a work session. Please check that you have all needed signatures from parents, leaders and you BEFORE attending. Remember to turn in one APR for EACH project!
Fair Pass Pick Up will be Tuesday July 17, 2018, 6-7pm at the 4H Auditorium 2156 Sierra Way SLO. Pre-paid passes will be available to those members whose record book/APR has been accepted AND signed by the Community Club Leader. NO APR = NO FAIR!
Record book Changes: The State 4H Office has made some changes to the Record Books for 2016-17. Members will be tracking their hours vs per event. Please take time to review your HOURS spent since July 1. This means you should calculate the hours you spent during the fair on your project, practices, barn duties, showing and caring for your animal. If you would like to keep records on the 4H Forms, please use the forms on the 4H State web site. Download them into word doc and then input your information. Continue to keep your hours through the 4H year. Our year ends June 30. OR you can track hours on a calendar used just for 4H.
